In 2008 Fr Rob, together with the late Bishop Joe Grech founded the ‘Stronger’ Youth Program – a series of youth retreats, rallies and small groups (DGroups), which are run around the Sandhurst diocese.
Stronger is quickly growing from strength to strength, now having DGroups in eight parishes, quarterly rallies with over one hundred young people in attendance and with the annual retreat also attracting well over one hundred youth to seek the Lord.
Over the last few weeks we have been busy filming a series of short films to share around the DGroups of the diocese as well as working hard on the upcoming retreat which will be held over the first weekend of December. I am amazed at how fast Stronger is growing and how passionate these young people are about knowing, loving and serving the Lord!
